Optional items: jalapenos, sour cream and salsa
Serves: One to two people

Need: Noodles of your choice
Tomato sauce of your choice
Optional: Garlic bread and parmesan cheese

Then, place the noodles inside the water and microwave for an additional five to 10 minutes or until the noodles are soft. Additionally, take a smaller bowl filled with the tomato sauce and cover it with a microwavable lid. Place the bowl in the microwave with the noodles. Stir at regular intervals or add a pinch of salt to avoid the noodles sticking together. When the noodles are ready, take a colander and empty the water.
Take the warmed bowl of sauce and pour it over the noodles evenly. Then add optional items of parmesan cheese, basil or oregano and enjoy.
Steamed vegetables with cheese
Need: Bag of frozen vegetables of your choice
Container of liquid cheese

Caramel apples
Need: Two to three apples
A container of caramel
Two to three popsicle sticks
Optional: Jimmies, candy corn and gummy worms
