The UW-Eau Claire women’s cross country team placed second at the Big Dawg Invite held at UW-Stevens Point on Saturday.
Freshman Korah Petrasko, senior Melissa Wright, senior Sarah Kasabian and sophomore Jenny Warmke took positions eight through eleven for the Blugolds.
Stevens Point won the invite with 15 points overall. Eau Claire scored 47 for its second place finish, and UW-Whitewater scored 81 for third place.
Next, the Blugolds compete Saturday in the Tori Neubauer Invite at UW-La Crosse.
