    Quick Hit: Blugold gymnasts find success at Oshkosh

    The UW-Eau Claire women’s gymnastics team beat UW-Oshkosh 183.550-181.925 in a meet at Oshkosh this past weekend.

    The Blugolds took first in every event. For the vault, senior Cece Solem placed first with 9.425 and freshman Julia Stedman took second with 9.400.

    On bars, senior Rachel Behmer took first with 9.475. Junior Michaela McCamey placed first and senior Danielle Schulzetenberg took second on beam.

    Finally, on floor, freshman Elizabeth Stubbs took first place with 9.475.

    Tomorrow, Eau Claire heads to Hamline University (Minn.) for a meet starting at 6:30 p.m.
