The Cabin in Davies Center offers a warm, cozy destination for students to receive free Caribou Coffee provided by Blugold Dining during finals week.

Finals week: A time of stress-eating, consumption of non-stop caffeine and an abundance of clocked library hours in preparation for final exams.

The UW-Eau Claire campus has provided a number of activities and resources for students to aid in their success during the week of Dec. 14-18.

Blugold Dining’s Marketing Manager Brian Gomez said they want to make students’ week of finals as stress-free as possible amidst a hectic and busy time.

“We really want to take the stress out of finals for students by trying to be as accommodating as possible and just really try to go the extra mile for students to put their minds at ease,” Gomez said.

Last year, over 600 students attended the late night breakfast Blugold Dining puts on. They provide food such as breakfast pizza, omelets, donuts, cheesy scrambled potatoes and more, Gomez said.

Blugold Dining also hosts free coffee in The Cabin during finals week, Dec. 14-17, giving students a place to relax and unwind while also reenergizing with coffee.
