I think I discovered Donald Glover the way a lot of people did. He was a standout as a dopey, stereotypical jock on “Community.” Sure, the shoes were well worn, but the show thrived on taking those stereotypes and flying through them with a unique, ironic freshness, and Glover was largely responsible... I don’t like to be too confident about things, but one thing I can definitely sincerely stand behind is that the Emmys have completely and unabashedly snubbed “It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia” every year since 2005, when the show first premiered.
