Blugold of the week: Amanda Fischer

Fischer started all four games on the mound the weekend of Feb. 28-March 1, and led the team in hitting, with a .538 batting average and a .923 on-base percentage. She also helped the Blugolds defeat St. Norbert in extra innings, hitting a home run. This helped UW-Eau Claire start the season out with a 3-1 record.
