At 2:10 p.m., an officer responded to a call and met with a man regarding damage to a vehicle. Sometime between the hours of 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12 and 4 p.m. on Sunday, someone unknown to the man punctured the sidewall of the left rear tire on the man's vehicle while it was parked in the Towers Hall parking lot. The left front turn signal lens had been removed and was missing as well. The vehicle's tires were only about a year old. The officer noted that the damage will not likely be covered under the man's insurance policy. The man said he had no idea who may have damaged the vehicle.
