Politically-charged names of legislation can be deceiving

OK everybody, I've been developing this idea that I really think would benefit all of us, if only we could generate some support and ram it through the legislature. It's called the Caring for the Rights of the American
People Act.

Voters are the only ones who can resolve the issue of gay marriage

For the last few years, politicians and interest groups have debated gay marriage.
With progress seeming to have stagnated, it's time for the public to voice its opinion and resolve the contentious social issue.
Tuesday the state Assembly voted to place a referendum on November's gubernatorial ballot calling for a constitutional ban of gay marriage in the state of Wisconsin.
