Non-doctoral salaries could increase to $215,249

The UW Board of Regents will likely vote Friday on whether or not to raise the salary ranges for executives at each of the System's 13 non-doctoral campuses, as well as UW-Madison and UW-Milwaukee.
After gathering data from peer institutions, as required by Board policy when deciding System salary changes, a System report revealed UW chancellor salaries are, on average, between 8 and 17 percent lower than those of comparable universities.

In a 23-1 vote, Student Senate decided Monday to lend its support to the Davies Center Development Project, a plan to renovate the building through a gradual increase in student fees.

Eau Claire collaborating with other System schools to increase variety of classes offered electronically

Each year, more students are finding it harder to fit all of their classes into their busy schedules. However, online classes are making enrollment a little easier for some students at UW-Eau Claire.
"In the spring semester of my sophomore year, I was taking 17 credits and it was a very busy time for me," senior Andrea Boh said.
