Sunday, May 9 A Towers North RA called University Police around 12:30 a.m. Sunday to report someone possibly smoking marijuana. An officer met with the RA, who said she first possibly smelled marijuana while doing evening rounds on the ninth floor of the building.
3. Yes! April 30 At about 11:30 p.m., while driving on Park Avenue, an officer noticed several people standing in some bushes on the north side of the Hibbard parking lot. When the officer went to check on the people he noticed a small tent set up in the lot near where the group was standing.
