As Student Senate Finance Commission director, I have heard the numerous arguments for and against funding it.

Driving down Clairemont Avenue. It seems like such a simple, daily procedure most all of us take part in. Had you talked to me three and a half years ago, I would have told you it was one of my most frightening experiences. OK, maybe not the most frightening or terrifying experience ever, but I certainly wasn't comfortable watching my parents inch me closer and closer toward Upper Campus.
