China taking right steps

I hate to break this to everyone, but China cheats. In the political science sense that is. They make agreements, or laws, or have huge symbolic actions, all of which are meant to mollify international critics. It's technically illegal to smoke in restaurants in China--good luck finding one smoke free. They constantly claim that they're "cracking down" on copyright infringement, yet everywhere you go people are peddling movies that haven't even hit theatres yet.

It may feel nice to see the "steps" China has taken, but I seriously doubt they are more than a P.R. move.
