Family members don't belong in jury

Abstract:
Although I do believe in the United States criminal justice system, there are some things about it that drive me crazy and just don't make any sense. According to an April 30 Associated Press article, an Ashland County Circuit Court judge failed to remove his own mother from the jury during a one-day trial of a man who worked with friends to steal a vehicle....

This is a criminal act. The state statute does not allow it. If Wisconsin had a legitimate avenue to address public corruption this guy would have been removed from any position of public trust the day it happened. This clearly shows that judges are career felons and above any law.
This is an idiot that clearly knows the law. Just like ALL Wisconsin judges they know what ever ruling or thing they do anytime anywhere is law. Judges legislate every time they speak. It is the arrogance of the job and being spoiled rich kids it is the thrill of harming good people. It is a sickness. This is policy in all northwest Wisconsin courts. They know that the FBI is a protection racket for all Wisconsin officials. The slime starts at the top. This is why Wisconsin has 103,000 in the corrections population. All involved are rated on conviction rates. Mom was just helping her boy become ag or maybe governor. An honest person never stands a chance with a government by and for itself. Felons should not be judges.

In a pay to play justice system where judges are rated on conviction rates . Any honor or integrity is long gone. Lawyers are the barnicles of society. In a civilized society judges would be held accoutable for their crimes. Wisconsin does not have a legitamate avenue to address public corruption or the career felon would not have commited this crime against the people. This is treason in time of war. Hang him high. This same judge has sentence and extoted people for years for less offenses.
