More and more I.ve been finding articles on the GOOD effects of SEX on all - around health. I.ve got a very horrible spine problem from a work injury(20yrs ago). Surgery for discs herniated and bulged into spinal the spinal column is limited and(only 3 Doctors within 8-12 hours by car),means alot of money and time. It does help relieve low back trouble (mild problems)and strenghten a good back. The rest is in your article, which reminded me of others I've read about over the years looking for help besides medicines(which I can't function without).Like your article says I believe it's very healthful in the right siuation(age-same partner). You should be old enough to make the decision as well as take care of your partner..Married for 20 years and still working at it.I know it helps my wife's health issues immensley though I had to do some coaxing after we hit 50, mood swings for those who know. Liberator sex therapists, some worked for Playboy and Penthouse during their carreers, all seem to agree as to the Healthfullness of SEX in health. Thank You,enjoy Valentines Day and all others.
