Your article made me want to shop more in Eau Claire, which would cause me to save LESS money. I do like the idea of a more diverse nutritional intake. Thank you for your insights.

I wish we had a Pick 'n Save in our area, it sounds like there are some great discounts. I really like the "Bonus Days" offer of 10% off your next purchase.

I also like Brian Whitemarsh's idea about not eating sweets - that's a money-saving habit that's good for you in a number of ways.

Katie Torpen's restaurant choices are noteworthy. The average meal served in a restaurant is more food than any person should eat in one sitting, and it's very economical to either share the meal or eat half and take the rest home for leftovers.

i think it sounds like a good idea but walmart has good deals to. they should lower some prices but it sounds good i will have to go there more often
