But while this is an important step in the right direction, it falls short of the commitments and promises the United States has made to well-governed poor countries in support of the Millennium Development Goals....

Let me get this straight; you want Dave Obey, the Paris Hilton of the House, to use government credit cards MORE???? Whom do you expect to pay for it?
