In the Nov. 15 issue of The Spectator a date in the sports article about the equestrian team was incorrect. The vote to approve the team’s status took place on Nov. 7 not Oct. 7.

In the Nov. 12 issue of The Spectator, a quote box incorrectly quoted senior Megan Nikolai as making a statement that senior Maria Boland actually made.

In the Oct. 29 issue of The Spectator, a story on the men's hockey team incorrectly identified head coach Matt Loen as Mike Loen.

In the Oct. 22 issue of The Spectator, it was incorrectly reported in the Sports section that the UW-Eau Claire women's soccer team put up 28 shots against UW-Platteville. The team put up only 24 shots.

In the Oct. 15 issue, the story on the music therapy program incorrectly stated that Angela Boinski is an inmate at the Sauk County Jail. She is an inmate at the Eau Claire County Jail.

In the sports section of the Oct. 11 issue, a mug of senior Derek Bauer was misidentified as Jim Maguire.

The cutline in a soccer photo in the Oct. 8 issue of The Spectator incorrectly stated the team?s record as 10-0-1. As of Monday, the team was 11-0-1.

In the Chancellor?s Roundtable article in the Oct. 4 issue, it incorrectly stated ?she said? after a quote from junior Casey Driscoll. It should have been writted as ?he said.?

The Oct. 1 issue of The Spectator inaccurately stated that the soccer team's 4-0 win over UW-Whitewater was the team's second shutout of the season. It was in fact the seventh.

In the Sept. 17 sports section, it was incorrectly stated that the women's golf team finished the Illinois Wesleyan University Golf Classic in a three-way tie for seventh place. The women's team actually finished the meet in 10th place.
In the women's tennis story, the headline indicated that the team defeated UW-Green Bay, but the team actually lost the match 6-1, as was indicated in the story.
In the cross country story, it was incorrectly stated that the women's team ran against 26 other teams. The women's team actually ran against 24 other teams in the St. Olaf Invite (Minn.).
In the marching band story, it was incorrectly stated that the marching band consists of 206 members. The band actually has 204 members.

In the Sept. 6 issue, the front page story "PD: Alcohol led to knifing" incorrectly stated that UW-Eau Claire senior Shane Peterson told police he and UW-Stout senior Patrick Luck went to Peterson?s home to arm themselves. It was Luck who made that statement to police, according to the criminal complaint.

In the April 30 issue, in a cutline for the story ?Teeter-totter marathon aims to help kids? on page 1A, it was incorrectly stated the Teeter-totter marathon took place on Friday and Saturday. It occured on Thursday and Friday. In the story ?Banquet honors students? academic achievement, Roma Hoff?s name was misspelled.

In the April 16 issue, quotes in the story "Quick Fix" were improperly attributed to Health Services physician Mark Williams.
